		<description>Personally I avoid interlinking my own websites.  It seems borderline black hat seo to me.  Technically the search engines could consider this as a linking scheme meant to artificially boost rankings.  Instead I take the time to build links offsite instead.  If you keep your websites completely separate, it keeps them much more secure.</description>

i would minimize all other outgoing external links from both x &amp; y - make them no follow except the link you are connecting to your PR 0 and PR Y sites
